No Charge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Typically a retainer of $500 will be required upon acceptance of the proposal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This is to ensure customer commitment to the project.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It will be deducted from the amount owing as work progresses.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>For example:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This includes Selection and Registration of Domain Name.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Establishing Host Services (typically <em><a href=\"https:\/\/100percentweb.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">100% Webhost &#8211; Site Care Plan<\/a><\/em> or Other depending upo<span style=\"color: #000000;\">n your needs)<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Base Email accounts (Info@, Support@, Webmaster@, Accounts-Payable@, Accounts-Receivable@, etc)<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Establishment of Google Analytics to allow you to review your site&#8217;s success.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Creation of <span style=\"color: #000000;\">base email accounts and establishing Google Analytics.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>Schedule of Rates for common tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Creation or modification of basic web pages with text and graphics Charge: $20\/hour<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Analysis, Design, any Programming required and technical operations Charge: $50\/hour<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EMail account setup and transfer of existing inbox Charge: $25\/typical account<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In-House Training for website maintenance (if desired) Charge $50\/hour &#8211; Venue provided<\/strong> <strong>by customer.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Other services or features<\/span> <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Such things as on-line sales, photography, graphics design, on-line training, setup of advertising, competitor analysis, etc., will need to be discussed and could potentially become a formal project, depending upon complexity.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Note.
